frequently asked questions

where do you source your pieces?

everything is 100% hand sourced - we pick up pieces from our travels, a mix of offline stores, and some are actually from our personal wardrobes! it can be tricky because it’s all one-of-a-kind pieces, so it’s really all about our luck - sometimes we find a trove of goodies and somedays we go back empty handed. quite honestly, one of the hardest parts of sourcing is resisting the temptation to keep everything we find for ourselves, but part of the joy of vintage is sharing it with someone else.

how much is shipping?

shipping within Singapore is free on all orders above $100, otherwise it’s an additional $3.50

shipping to Malaysia is at a flat rate of $15

how long does shipping take?

we pack and send out our orders twice a week, so it would take anytime between 5-7 business days for your item to reach you. we’re a pretty lean team of 2 so please be patient with us! if you need anything urgently, do drop us a dm and we can work something out for you.

do you ship to other countries?

at this point we do not offer it on the website, but drop us an email or DM and we can work something out for you

do you accept returns or exchanges?

unfortunately we do not. with vintage pieces, everything is sold as-is, and we take great care to go through each piece and ensure we are clear on any defects or stains on each item when we list them. please read through the item description carefully, and only purchase if you’re comfortable with its condition!

for our studio line, we do accept exchanges if we do have stocks available, or a refund for store credits - however, unless there is a defect, delivery both ways must be borne by the customer.

what is the condition of the pieces?

we wash, steam, and do minor repairs where necessary (like a loose button or hook!). the prices of each item also corresponds with the condition it is in.

as these are vintage and mostly used pieces, do expect minor amounts of wear.

how do I care for my item?

we try as much to share the fabric composition of each item, so that you know the best way to wash them. in general, we would recommend a gentle hand washing and allowing them to dry flat so as not to lose it’s shape.

how are you today?

we’re doing pretty ok - how are you?
